Who we are
FutureCore Technologies Ltd (“FutureCore”, “we”) is the controller of the personal data described here. We are a company registered in England and Wales, number 17426205, with our registered office at 42 Farnborough Drive, Doncaster, DN4 6PR.
For anything about your data, email solutions@futurecoredev.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
When you contact us
Your name, work email, organisation (if you give it) and your message, sent through the contact form or by email. We use them to reply to you and to discuss the work you ask about.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps you ask for before entering into a contract.
Spam protection on the contact form
Google reCAPTCHA checks that the form is sent by a person. To do that it collects information about your browser, your device and how you use the page, and sends it to Google. If the check blocks your message, email us instead.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam and abuse.
Analytics, only if you allow it
If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, records how the site is used: the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser. Advertising features stay switched off.
Lawful basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Transfers outside the UK
Google may process data in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Google's data protection terms. Where any provider processes data elsewhere outside the UK, it does so in a country the UK recognises as adequate, or under safeguards approved under UK law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: this website does not store them. Each one reaches us as an email, which we keep while we deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and delete once it is no longer needed. If an enquiry leads to work together, it becomes part of the contract record and is kept for as long as the law requires.
- Analytics: deleted automatically by Google Analytics after no more than 14 months.
- reCAPTCHA: kept by Google under its own privacy policy.
- Server logs: kept by Hostinger for a limited period under its own retention policy.
- Your cookie choice: in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- restrict how we use it, or object to our using it
- send it to you or another organisation in a portable format, where that applies
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before. To use any of these rights, email solutions@futurecoredev.co.uk. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when what we collect, or how we use it, changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
